Dr. Cawthon’s philosophy

Dr. Cawthon believes the aging process can be slowed with the proper use of dermal fillers (which provide increased volume) and injectable wrinkle relaxers such as Botox®. He feels that even more can be accomplished when he educates his patients about facial volume loss and ways to prevent an exhausted expression on the face.

He believes that there’s a balance between surgical treatment of the aging face and the harmony that can be achieved with injectable products. Not everyone needs surgery to enhance their appearance, and with so many non-surgical options, Dr. Cawthon can offer plenty of treatment options and many years of experience in facial rejuvenation.

Dr. Cawthon is a dedicated physician whose hobbies include travel, fishing, boating, and hunting with his wife, four children, and his grandchildren. He is an avid supporter of the Alabama Wildlife and Conservation. Dr. Cawthon also enjoys sharing his love with his furry dog and cat family.
